1. Introduction

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is made available primarily to users located in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. KStar99 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions do so at their own risk, and KStar99 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, household, IP address, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across related accounts.

4. Account Registration

To access the full services of KStar99, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must complete the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering standards, KStar99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. KYC is required before any withdrawal request is processed and may also be triggered by certain account activities or deposit thresholds.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back — or a valid international passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months, showing your name and address in Malaysia (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other Malaysian city).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or image of the e-wallet account (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) or bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) used to deposit funds, showing your name and the last four digits of the account or card number.

5.2 Processing Time

KStar99 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documents will be returned with a request for resubmission. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is successfully completed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

KStar99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits are credited to your Account in MYR without currency conversion fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals requested via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. KStar99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

KStar99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• KStar99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Players who are suspected of exploiting bonus terms, engaging in bonus abuse, or using arbitrage strategies may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus subject to the terms displayed at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses typically require a minimum qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement applicable to the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus is 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount. The 100% Standard Welcome Bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement. 8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the KStar99 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. KStar99 does not alter or manipulate the rules, odds, or outcomes of any game supplied by a licensed third-party provider. Results generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and binding.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnection, display errors, or system outages — KStar99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Player's Account. The decision of KStar99 in such circumstances is final.

For sports betting markets, all bets are subject to the pre-match or in-play rules published for each event. Bets settled in error will be corrected and the difference credited or debited accordingly. Coverage of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, Formula 1, and esports events is subject to availability and scheduling.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KStar99 Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using false, misleading, or stolen identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts whether under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other players or operating a syndicate to exploit bonuses, game mechanics, or betting markets.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempting to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds connected to illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or incorrectly published odds to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a third party, including a minor under the age of 21.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the KStar99 Platform, including but not limited to the KStar99 logo, brand name, website design, graphical elements, software, text, and game interfaces, is the exclusive intellectual property of KStar99 or its licensed content providers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, or modified without the prior written consent of KStar99.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KStar99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions.

KStar99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Responsible Gambling

KStar99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified duration of continuous play.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
